Our Refund Policy for our Valued Customers
Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for exchange or refund within 21 days (excluding shipping charges). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Please call 1.888.920.6888 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain return instructions.
Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Items may be returned in store within time restrictions above.
If you have received a gift that was ordered from the Seebeck Gallery website and do not have a receipt you can exchange it or receive store credit within 30 days of original purchase date.
Our Quality Assurance department will determine if the item(s) are in original, unworn condition and your request will be processed in the order it was received. Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. During and after peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.
Holiday returns: Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas have an extended return policy through January 5th.
